I have been slacking ALOT on working out lately. I don’t know what really happened. I was working out with a friend of mine and we both have been lazy. I think it has been about a month since we last did anything. I dont even workout on my own like I used to and I am starting to see the consequences for not staying focus and I dont like it one bit. The thought of taking diet pills came in my head, but I quickly shot that down. I don’t want to start because I heard that once you stop your body reacts badly to not having the boost it created for you. So I think it’s best to create that boost naturally.
